Experience Booklet Marketing Opportunity

Are you thinking ahead and considering your marketing opportunities for 2018? We sure are!
We are excited to inform you about a new marketing opportunity! In Partnership with Destination St. John's (DSJ), and the other Destination Management Organizations (DMOs), we are producing a 16-page Experience Booklet.
The Experience Booklet will be broken down into regions (Central, East, West, Avalon & Labrador) and will appear as an insert in DSJ's 2018 Visitor's Guide. Some 47,500 copies of the guide will be distributed in the 15 major hotels in St. John's starting January 15, 2018 and the rest will be distributed to the provincially run VICs in May 2018.
On top of this, we estimate 50,000 additional copies of the experience booklet will be printed, with approximately 30,000 copies being distributed at Consumer Travel Shows (Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa & Halifax) by the DMOs. The remaining copies will be mailed to the A1A & A1C postal codes in St. John's to reach the resident market (if there are no winter experiences the mail drop will happen based on the earliest offering).
The cost to participate is ONLY $595. Space is limited as Legendary Coasts only has 12 ad spaces and this is a first come first serve opportunity. The cut-off for insertion orders is November 10 and the artwork deadline is November 24.
Please note this offer is for those partners offering experiences, things to do and see. If you are an accommodator and have a partnership with an experience operator to create a package, that will likely qualify. The intent of this booklet is to showcase the authentic NL experiences to potential travellers at shows, to highlight experiences to travellers on the ground, push the path to purchase to your service and to motivate the resident market to get out and experience what is in their backyard (i.e. staycation).
